RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Lakshae Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right with your loose diamond or eligible Jewelry, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Loose diamonds: Your first eligible return is complimentary. Additional returns may be subject to a fee, as outlined below.

Finished Jewelry: Only Jewelry specifically marked as returnable on the product page is eligible for return.
We allow one free return per customer. Any additional returns will require an additional restocking fee of $200.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or exchange. This applies to loose diamonds and eligible finished Jewelry.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Loose diamonds
To qualify for a loose-diamond return:

The diamond must be in its original, unmounted, and unused condition.

All original packaging, certificates, and supporting documents must be included.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
Finished Jewelry

Only finished Jewelry explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product page is eligible.

The Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and documents.

All eligible finished-Jewelry returns are subject to a restocking fee based on the order value of the returned item(s), as follows:
Non-returnable items

Custom-designed Jewelry, including engraved designs, cannot be returned or refunded once the design has been approved by the customer, unless the completed piece is not as described or agreed upon.

Items purchased as part of group orders, marked as final sale, or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.

This Returns Policy does not apply to customers who select our “30% Deposit – Up to 60 Days to Pay” option, as this payment option already provides an extended period in which to complete the purchase. If you are unsure whether an item is right for you, please contact a member of our team or one of our gemmologists before placing your order. We will be happy to help you make an informed decision.
RETURN FEES
Loose diamonds

We offer one complimentary loose-diamond return per customer, including a prepaid and insured return shipping label.

Any additional loose-diamond returns may be subject to a $50 restocking fee per return shipment.
Finished Jewelry

All eligible finished-Jewelry returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee for lab-grown diamond Jewelry or a 50% restocking fee for mined-diamond Jewelry.

The applicable fee will be deducted from the refund for the returned Jewelry item(s).
HOW TO RETURN YOUR DIAMOND OR Jewelry
1. Contact us
Email help@lakshae.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a prepaid and insured return shipping label, along with return instructions.
2. Prepare your package
Securely place the item(s) in the original box and include all accompanying documents and certificates.
For security purposes, please do not write “Lakshae” or “Lakshae Jewelry” on the outside of the package.
3. Ship your return
Send your package using the shipping label provided by our team. This label ensures that your item(s) are insured against loss or damage while in transit.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once your return arrives at our facility, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it within 4–7 business days.

If the return meets all eligibility requirements, we will email you a confirmation and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For eligible finished Jewelry, the applicable restocking fee—35% for lab-grown diamond Jewelry or 50% for mined-diamond Jewelry—will be deducted from the refund. Any applicable restocking fee for an additional loose-diamond return will also be deducted.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of receiving our confirmation email, please contact us at help@lakshae.com.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a loose diamond or eligible Jewelry item:

Follow the return instructions above for the original item.

Place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Exchanges are processed as returns. Therefore, the same eligibility requirements, conditions, and fees apply. This includes a 35% restocking fee for eligible lab-grown diamond Jewelry, a 50% restocking fee for eligible mined-diamond Jewelry, and the loose-diamond return conditions outlined above.
