At Lakshae Jewelry Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. You have 7 days from the shipment date to return or exchange your loose diamonds and eligible jewelry. Only the jewelry marked as returnable can be returned and refunded.  The first return is completely free of charge. For assistance, please contact our support team at Help@lakshae.com.
We allow one free return per customer. Any additional returns will require an additional restocking fee of $50. 


The 7 Days of the return policy start from the day the item is delivered, not from the day the item is ordered. 

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the diamonds must be in their original, unmounted, and unused condition, accompanied by all original packaging and documents. Proof of purchase is required. Custom-designed jewelry cannot be returned or refunded after the design has been approved by the customer unless the completed piece is not as described.  

How to Return Your Diamonds

1. Contact Us
   Initiate your return by emailing Help@lakshae.com with your order details. We will provide you with a prepaid, insured shipping label and instructions.
2. Prepare Your Package
   Securely package the diamonds in the original packaging. Ensure all documentation is included. For security, do not write 'Lakshae Jewelry Inc.' on the outside of the package.
3. Ship Your Return
   Return the package using the provided shipping label. This label ensures that your items are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Processing Your Return
We process returns within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for our Quality Assurance team to review the returned diamonds.

Refunds
If the return meets our conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange a diamond, please return the original and place a new order for the replacement.
